RBA Governor Lowe’s final appearance before the House Economics Committee on Friday was (not coincidentally) also the first since the RBA Review handed down its report in April. There has been a lot of water under the bridge since then, but few Committee members took up the opportunity to interrogate Lowe about the Review’s findings or recommendations.
